Engagement Producer
Live Theatre Winchester Trust – which incorporates Winchester Hat Fair and Theatre Royal Winchester – is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and committed Engagement Producer to deliver ambitious projects for Hat Fair and across the organisation.

The role will suit someone who is interested in collaborative approaches to working with participants of all ages, in indoor and outdoor contexts. It’s a great time to be joining the organisation as we move forward with exciting artistic and strategic plans.

Hat Fair is the UK’s longest running international Outdoor Arts festival and is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation as well as part of the artistic directorate of Without Walls. We bring Winchester and Hampshire communities together through creative performance projects, intergenerational dialogue and fantastic art. This work sits alongside outstanding visiting national and international Outdoor Arts work for the festival and touring work to our beautiful theatre venue.

The Engagement Producer will produce and deliver creative engagement projects for Hat Fair (our international Outdoor Arts festival), Woolly Hat Fair and other projects as part of Live Theatre Winchester Trust’s evolving programme of intergenerational engagement work. The post holder will help develop and implement ideas for future creative engagement projects and nurture the partnerships and resources to enable them to happen.
