How to Apply
Step 01
Please complete the online application form here
Step 02
Please send the following documents via email, in addition to completing the online application form. Any applications received without the following accompanying documents will not be accepted.
Required accompanying documents:
All Stallholders will be required to provide the following copies of documentation upon application:
- Certificate of Employers and Public Liability / Product Liability Insurance
- PAT testing and Gas Safety certificates
- Risk Assessment / method statement / Fire Risk Assessment (a downloadable risk assessment template is available above)
- Health and Safety Policy document (required if you employ 5 or more people)
- Signed copy of the Stalls Terms and Conditions ('Stalls Terms and Conditions' document can be downloaded above)
Food stallholders are, in addition, required to provide the following copies on application:
- Food hygiene certificates and Local Authority ‘Star Rating’ Certificate
- Where appropriate a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Assessment
- Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of £5 million
- Portable Gas appliance certificates issued within the last 12 months by a competent approved contractor for all Gas appliances
